What the Hub collects, who it goes to, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it.
Last updated 2026-10-04. Applies to hub.woodagencylife.com and hub.warprecruit.com (the second shows the name “Warp Hub” before you sign in). Both run the same app on the same database.
The short version. The Hub keeps what you type into it, plus a few technical details it needs to work. We do not sell your information, do not use it for advertising, and the Hub has no analytics or tracking cookies. A small number of service providers handle data so the Hub can run; they are named below. You can see, correct, export or delete your information. Messages you send in the Hub are stored too and are not end-to-end encrypted (section 6a). Do not put your clients' personal information into the Hub, in a message or anywhere else.
The Hub is provided by The Wood Agency (Ben and Andrea Wood, Prescott Valley, Arizona). It serves the agency's own agents and the team hubs the agency sets up for leaders outside it. Questions and requests: ben@woodagencylife.com or (928) 889-6338.
The Hub does not set cookies. It does keep things in your browser's own storage: your sign-in, numbers you tapped or typed and have not saved yet, messages you wrote that have not reached us yet and drafts you have not sent, a team link you were sent (for up to 14 days), your display choices, and saved copies of the Hub's pages so it opens quickly and works with a weak signal. Clearing the site's data in your browser removes all of it.
Only to run the Hub: sign you in, show you your numbers, streaks and boards, let your team see what the Terms say they can see, send the sign-in emails, reminders and message alerts you ask for, keep the Hub secure, and help you when something goes wrong. We do not sell your information and do not share it for marketing.
These providers process information only so the Hub can work. We do not allow them to use it for their own marketing.
| Provider | What it does for the Hub | What it handles |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase (data stored in the United States, US East) | Database, sign-in, photo storage, messages, the server code behind reminders and message alerts, and the AI headshot | Everything in section 2, except the email delivery below |
| Resend | Delivers the sign-in and password emails | Your email address and the link in the message |
| Hostinger | Serves the Hub's web pages | Ordinary web-server records: your IP address, browser and the pages requested |
| OpenAI | Only when you press the AI headshot button | The photo you chose, with fixed instructions to change its background and lighting. We send nothing else, not even your name. OpenAI handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. |
| Browser and phone push services (Apple, Google, Mozilla) | Deliver reminders and message alerts, only if you turn notifications on | The reminder, or the sender and first words of a message, sent encrypted, and the address your device gave us |
| Google Fonts, jsDelivr, Tailwind CDN | Supply the Hub's typefaces and two code libraries when a page loads | Your IP address and browser details, as any website's visitors do |
Links in the Hub to other sites (Zoom, WhatsApp, GroupMe, carrier and licensing portals) leave the Hub. Their own privacy policies apply there. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
That depends on your hub, and the Terms of Use (sections 2, 4, 4a and 4b) are the full list. In short:
The Terms (section 4b) are the full list. In short:
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account yourself in the app: Profile, at the bottom, “Delete my account”. It removes your login, profile, every day of activity, policy records, streaks and badges, notification settings, the messages you sent and the 1:1 messages sent to you, and the photo files you uploaded. It is immediate and permanent. If a photo cannot be removed, the deletion stops and tells you, so nothing is half-done. If our database provider keeps system backups, they expire on its own schedule, and we cannot read or restore a deleted account from them. Web-server records at our host are kept under its own policy.
Messages are kept until they are deleted. You can delete any message you sent, at any time, and it is removed rather than hidden. A team's owner can remove posts from that team's chat and announcements. Deleting an account deletes its messages as described above, so the other person in a 1:1 loses their copy of what you sent and received.
Your photo is stored so that anyone who has its exact web address can open it. The address is not listed anywhere in the Hub beyond the places your name already appears, and it stops working when you remove the photo or delete your account.
Some states give residents rights over their personal information. We do not sell it and do not share it for advertising, and we will act on any request to see, correct or delete it. Email us from the address on your account so we can confirm it is you.
Traffic is encrypted in transit, the database enforces who can read what, and passwords are stored only as hashes. Section 5 of the Terms has the detail. No system is perfectly secure. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, or you find a security problem, email Ben straight away.
The Hub is for licensed or licensing insurance agents and is not meant for anyone under 18.
If we change this policy in a way that affects how your information is used, we will ask you to accept the new version of the Terms when you next sign in. Smaller edits change the date at the top.
